Walker Engineering's Field Service Kit is packaged for 8" diameter CCE AIRSEPS factory installed on Cummins QSC marine diesel engines gives you everything you need in ONE BOX!
This kit will restore your CCE AIRSEP to "like new" performance, and is ideal for fall or seasonal service schedules.
The kit includes all parts required for complete servicing of two (2) 8" CCE AIRSEPS on a QSC engine.
Each convenient kit contains: Two (2) internal coalescer filter sets, two (2) replacement o-ring sets, two (2) 8" tall tapered air filters (41-1030, 411030,3971069), and one (1) Air Filter Cleaning Kit (Blue).
The newer CCE AIRSEPS have high efficiency disposable elements used INSIDE the AIRSEP that capture the fine oil mist found in engine crankcase emissions, so they must be replaced periodically. (They cannot be cleaned).
The air filters are washable and this kit gets you going fast....install the new air filter elements in the kit, and take your existing filters away to recondition at your convenience using the Air Filter Cleaning kit.
Not sure if you have the CCE type AIRSEP? -To see if your AIRSEP is the CCE system, just check to see if your filter element is blue, or that it does NOT use springs to attach the air filter, if not, then it is a CCE AIRSEP and it has the disposable elements inside.
